          • DAY 1:

        • In case of No Show or Early Check Out 100% charges will apply no Part/Full Refund will be honored.
        • Having a valid visa dosent mean that the guest will be allowed to enter their country as a compulsion, it solely depends to the emigration officers desicion, in case if the guest is not allowed to enter the destination we are not responsible.
        • Hotel Check- in time is 14:00 hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in
        • All entrance tickets are non refundable.
        • If the Flight gets cancelled due to weather conditions,Technical Issues, Security Issues,or flight over booked and if the guest is off boarded from Flight then we are not responsible.
        • Amount received is not refundable under any circumstances
        • Date change and amendments, pre pond and post postponed is not allowed
        • Due to any Natural Disaster, Virus or Diseases, or war, or civil war, Govt laws , curfew, strike Govt or private there will be no any refund. Due to personal incidents, accidents, personal health problems, there will be no any refunds of funds by any means , by cash, cheque or rtgs or any form
        • In few Cases where we get the refund back from our vendors due to valid reasons then the amount shall be refunded back to back or in part payments or in the form of credit note .
